How do I subscribe/unsubscribe from your mailing list?
You can sign up to our mailing list in the website footer. To unsubscribe, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
I can't decide on a gift, do you sell gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers are not currently available for our international customers.
Do you gift wrap your jewellery?
Yes – we offer gift wrapping for $5 per piece, including a handwritten gift note. You can add gift wrapping on the product page or in your cart.
Najo gift bags are also available for $3 each. Each bag fits up to two medium jewellery boxes or three to four small boxes.
I have lost an earring, can I get a replacement?
Unfortunately, we are unable to supply single earring replacements.
Orders
Can I place a phone order?
We can only accept orders through our online store and cannot process orders or payments over the phone. If you need help using the website, please contact customer service team at support@najo.com.au or visit our online contact form, and we’ll be happy to assist.
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service team on +61 2 9415 6663 as soon as possible. You can also email us at support@najo.com.au, with a subject line "Order Cancellation", and email us all of your details, including the order number for us to cancel your order.

How can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

Shipping
Can I track my parcel?
Yes – after ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Orders can be tracked online via DHL: Track & Trace.
Do you charge for shipping?
For US orders under $250 USD, our shipping flat rate is $25 USD.
Orders of $250 or more receive free DHL Express shipping. All orders are sent via DHL Express and can be tracked online: Track & Trace.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes – we ship to most international destinations. International shipping is a flat rate of $25 USD. Most orders are delivered within 2-4 days with DHL Express, though delays can occur due to situatons outside of our control.
How long will it take until I receive my jewellery?
We guarantee all orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. DHL Express shipping is typically 2-4 days within metro areas, though this is not guaranteed.
I live overseas, am I responsible for duties and taxes?
Duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated at checkout.

What are your exclusions on returns?
We cannot accept any returns of earrings for hygienic reasons and any items which have been engraved.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. This excludes earrings for hygiene reasons and any engraved items. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Can I exchange my purchase for another size?
We will be happy to offer an exchange for any item, subject to stock availability.
Instant exchanges are available, meaning your new item will be sent out as soon as possible. To use this option, you will need to provide card details. You will then have 14 days to mail your original item back to us. If the original item is not sent back within this timeframe, your card will be charged.
If your requested exchange item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If your requested exchange item is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
International customers are required to organise and cover their own return shipping label back to our office.

Returns must be lodged within 14 days of placing your order and items must be returned in new, unworn condition to the address outlined on your invoice.
If we are unable to fulfil your requested exchange due to stock availability, we will refund your original purchase to you, subject to our terms and conditions.
I have lost my jewellery. Are you able to replace it for me?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost items and cannot replace them free of charge. If you believe your jewellery is faulty, please contact as soon as possible through our contact us page.
I have purchased a Najo piece in-store but I would like to return it. Can I send it back to you?
For purchases made through one of our stockists, please return the item to the store where it was purchased, along with proof of purchase. While NAJO stands by the quality of our jewellery, each stockist has its own returns policy.
Do you have a warranty on your jewellery?

Does your Jewellery contain Nickel?
We do not use any materials that contain nickel.
What is your jewellery made of?
Our jewellery is primarily crafted from 925 sterling silver, with some designs also featuring gold, brass, copper, or other metals. Some of our newer men’s pieces are made from stainless steel. Full material details are listed on each product page.
How do I know what ring size I am?
Most NAJO rings are available in Small, Medium and Large, with Extra Small and Extra Large available in selected styles.
These sizes correspond approximately to the following ring sizes:
Extra Large: British T½ / US 10
Large: British R½ / US 9
Medium: British P½ / US 8
Small: British N½ / US 7
Extra Small: British L½ / US 6
Men’s rings are available in sizes US 9–14, with most styles available in sizes US 10–12.
You can purchase a ring sizer from the NAJO store to confirm your size. For more detailed comparisons, please refer to the ring size table on our Size Guide page.
Please note that gold-plated, hollow and stone-set rings cannot be resized.
Why does sterling silver turn my skin black?
Sterling silver is typically 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. The reaction that causes skin discolouration is mostly due to oxidation and chemical interactions:
- Oxidation of Silver: Silver reacts with sulfur compounds in the air (or in your sweat), forming silver sulfide, which is black. This tarnish can rub off onto your skin.
- Reaction with Sweat: If your sweat contains more acidic compounds (like from certain diets, medications, or hormonal changes) a lower PH, it can accelerate tarnishing and cause the silver to leave marks.
- Copper Content: The copper in sterling silver can also react with moisture and acids, contributing to greenish or dark stains.
- Cosmetics & Lotions: Ingredients in makeup, lotions, or perfumes can interact with the metal and cause discolouration.
- Environmental Factors: High humidity, pollution, or even proximity to rubber or latex can speed up tarnishing.
How to Prevent It
- Keep Jewellery Clean: Regularly polish your silver with a soft cloth or silver cleaner.
- Avoid Moisture: Take off jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising.
- Store Properly: Keep silver in airtight bags with anti-tarnish strips when not in use.

I have a promotional code. How can I use this?
You can enter any promotional code at checkout. Promotional codes must be applied before purchase and cannot be added or refunded afterwards.
